About LEAD Week
The LEAD Week Conference is the largest affair the School of Business hosts which brings students, faculty, alumni and invited professionals together to participate in inspiring programming, networking and recruiting sessions.

This annual talent development event gives alumni and sponsors an opportunity to commit to our processes by pledging their financial support to undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Business Administration. Awards are presented in celebration of student academic achievement, faculty professional excellence, and corporate partner dedication.

The conference brings a diversity of speakers to campus to discuss trends across industries, life and career issues.LEAD Week 2017, ‘Lifting Every Voice: One MIC At A Time’,focused on empowering millennials in charge (MIC) to become leaders in various corporate environments. Over 1,100 seats were filled as participants attended engaging sessions such as ‘Expanding Your Network Via Social Media’; ‘Navigating Diversity & Inclusion’; and ‘Negotiating Job Offers’.

We look forward to your participation in LEAD Week 2018 Leadership, Leverage, and Lagniappe. Text @leadweek to 81010 for updates or email leadweek@cau.edu with questions.
