Amazon is looking to hire more HBCU Grads and African American professionals to manage operations in their fulfillment centers all over the country!

Amazon partnered with HBCUCONNECT.COM as a connection point to allow Under Represented Minorities the opportunity to apply and receive special attention and review for the next interview event in Detroit, Michigan for a new location being launched soon!

You should have a combination of the following experience:
  • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
  • Open availability.
  • Direct management experience for employees and their performance.
  • Experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques.
  • Management of a minimum of 4 exempt and 75 non-exempt employees.

    Nice to Haves:
  • Certified in Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications like Kaizen or APICS.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in an operations, distribution, manufacturing or similar setting (i.e. military leadership)
