Healthy Recipe: Thin-crust Tomato and Herb Pizza

Ingredients
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt-free Mrs. Dash® Original Blend Seasoning
1/2 (6-oz) can tomato paste, no salt added
1, 12-inch Boboli® Whole-wheat Thin Crust
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1 cup fresh basil leaves
2 sliced Roma tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded, low-fat mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese



Directions

1 Preheat oven to 450°F.

2 Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Place the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. When hot, add garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes.

3 Add peppers and mushrooms and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.

4 Add oregano, onion powder, salt-free seasoning, and tomato paste. Mix well and remove from heat.

5 Place the crust on a baking sheet and spread the tomato mixture on top.

6 Top pizza with olives, basil, tomatoes, and cheese.

7 Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.

8 Makes 4 servings.
