Located near Philadelphia, Bryn Mawr College is a residential college with a student body of 1,350 undergraduates as well as 350 graduate students. Bryn Mawr is home to a diverse and international community. The College is committed to social justice, civic engagement, and inclusion. The Account Assistant and Customer Service Representative will perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, inventory coordination and customer service duties in support of the Facilities Services Department RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with purchasing supplies and services, monitor inventory and deliveries, process reimbursement request, monitor department charges such as purchases, overtime, credit cards, run reports, answer phones, enter work order requests, assist with student key distribution, receptionist and clerical duties.
