Let's Talk CULTURE!

Posted By: Ann Mack on April 21, 2019 February 14, 2019 While getting ready for work this morning, I heard the word CULTURE in my SPIRIT. I steadied myself to pay attention. After hearing an interview between Gail King and Virginia Governor Ralph Northam, my SOUL has has been restless and I have been trying to maintain my focus. So I knew God was trying to give me some clarity to ease my PAIN. Culture is personality, attitude and mindset. It can be orchestrated and manipulated through control to direct and set the stage for dictating BEHAVIOR. It can become the norm or the belief of various individuals or a group. It can take shape to evolve overtime in becoming the gospel (TRUTH) to those who have been empowered by their dictated culture (right or wrong). It is simply what they know and have grown accustomed to in how they live their lives. BUT, it is also up to us to question our CULTURE to include the actions dictated by it to prove the validity of its TRUTH through growth and SPIRITUAL maturity. Not everyone matures at the same level in time to take RESPONSIBILITY for their actions until they have been EXPOSED! Even then, will they remain arrogrant in attempting to make excuses or hold themselves accountable to embrace and encourage change. The answer should never be denial and excuses which has always been the norm as dictated by culture - unfortunately! Question: When you hear "Commonwealth State," what does that mean to you?
