UNDER A MICROSCOPE

Posted By: Ann Mack on April 21, 2019 April 4, 2019 WHO AM I? Nobody and somebody with a purpose on a mission! Was I always this conscious? Maybe and maybe not or perhaps too afraid to openly speak my truth! Possibly, too fearful or intimidated by the influences around me to heed towards the direction of my own path to chart my course. Too many people singing in my ear while drowning out the HOLY SPIRIT! Eyes wide open or eyes wide shut? I once was blind, but now I see! I once was young, but now I am old. Seeking the depth of my understanding to stay afloat! Fooled once, but hopefully not again! Broadening my awareness to see clearly behind the masks and all the illusions! Not fully aware of my controlled environment, I hung on to every word as things were taught and shared. I didn't even question my oppressors! No, not one! As my truth evolved, I found it necessary to unlearn to relearn the hidden narratives. Shocked at the outcome, I couldn't hold my discovery and set sail to share with others. Greatly welcomed? No, not by all! I heard, "You are too serious! Why are you such a conspiracy theorist? Where did you hear that or How do you know? You don't know what you are talking about! Don't say that or you can't say that! Shut up! Keep your mouth closed! Why do you feel you have to be her protector!" With eyes wide open, more vocal I became! Too vocal for some and not enough for others, BUT, pleasing to the LORD! Open your mouth for the mute, for the rights of ALL who are unfortunate and defenseless; open your mouth, judge righteously, and administer justice for the afflicted and needy (~Proverbs 31:8-9). Burning deep from within was the birthing of a voice. A voice born to the light; fueled by intense heat from above and at the same time, under 🔥 fire by the darkness! Under a microscope, I AM viewed by many and encouraged to keep silent. But, keeping silent can be just as deadly as speaking up and out against the masses! Obedience to the LORD is better than sacrifice! The HOLY SPIRIT speaks when there is something to be said! HE uses the vocal cords, the personalities and the experiences of HIS HOST to shine light on issues. As HIS HOST, sometimes I may get it right and sometimes I may get it wrong; BUT, it is HE who also gives me the opportunity without condemning me to get it right to separate my S/HE-motion. Emotions like everything else has its purpose and place, but with effectiveness it must be filtered, harnessed and checked by humility! Remaining HUMBLE is the key! But, with a passionate HOLY BOLDNESS, I will stay in position to speak by writing the vision and making it plain - under a microscope or not! WHEN YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH ~ JAMES 3:1-12, MSG: Don’t be in any rush to become a teacher, my friends. Teaching is highly responsible work. Teachers are held to the strictest standards. And none of us is perfectly qualified. We get it wrong nearly every time we open our mouths. If you could find someone whose speech was perfectly true, you’d have a perfect person, in perfect control of life. A bit in the mouth of a horse controls the whole horse. A small rudder on a huge ship in the hands of a skilled captain sets a course in the face of the strongest winds. A word out of your mouth may seem of no account, but it can accomplish nearly anything—or destroy it! It only takes a spark, remember, to set off a forest fire. A careless or wrongly placed word out of your mouth can do that. By our speech we can ruin the world, turn harmony to chaos, throw mud on a reputation, send the whole world up in smoke and go up in smoke with it, smoke right from the pit of hell. This is scary: You can tame a tiger, but you can’t tame a tongue—it’s never been done. The tongue runs wild, a wanton killer. With our tongues we bless God our Father; with the same tongues we curse the very men and women he made in his image. Curses and blessings out of the same mouth! My friends, this can’t go on. A spring doesn’t gush fresh water one day and brackish the next, does it? Apple trees don’t bear strawberries, do they? Raspberry bushes don’t bear apples, do they? You’re not going to dip into a polluted mud hole and get a cup of clear, cool water, are you?
