In February, 2019, she was invited to attend the National Veteran’s Day Memorial Services at Arlington National Cemetery for the laying of the Wreath at the Tomb of The Unknown Solider, along with TREA National President Phil Hilinski. She is married to Osie Winds, a retired Army sergeant of 22 years of service. He is also retired from the U.S. government with 20 years of service. He is a life time member of The Retired Enlisted Association (TREA) Chapter 3. AND Barbara Coley, was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Currently serves as Vice-President, TREA National Auxiliary. Retired from Department of Veterans Affairs after 30 years of government service. Now residing in Goodyear, AZ, where she serves as Chaplain at Skyway Church of the West. Married 44 years to Walter Coley, Jr. (Retired Master Sergeant, U.S. Air Force). She has 2 adult children and 1 granddaughter. ### Called To Serve on TRIBE Family Channel™ is produced by Daisy Brown.
