Ghana: The Year of Return #400Years

Posted By: Wendi Cherry on May 02, 2019

In this episode, I am live in The Sanctuary, talking to Diallo Sumbry (TheAdinkraGroup.com) & Dr. Bev Booker Ammah (WeAre3GC.com) about their mission of educating and empowering us to strengthen our relationships with those on The Continent and The Diaspora by visiting Ghana.

FACT: 2019 marks the 400 year anniversary of the start of the kidnapping of humans from West Africa to be brought to Jamestown, Va.

More than 12 million Africans were brought to the Americas, never to return home, and to give their lives providing free labor.

We are the descendants of survivors, only the strongest of the strong, and we must honor those whose shoulders we stand on!
