What is Your Idea of Urban Renewal?

I created a book called Urban Wealth SOGR http://www.lulu.com/content/255416 that inspires people to fulfill their dreams, and use that influence to inspire others. My theory is, a lot of African-Americans in less than perfect living conditions don't read. If they did, they would know the richest Bank of Knowledge is FREE. It's called a library. However, everyone has access to music. So I condensed the two hour original book into a little under one hour daily read (listen). My theory is that once certain African Americans livinging in the projects (etc) get their hands on it, they will make the necessary changes in their own communities. It's a theory, but I've seen how it impacts lives. Ultimately, I'd like to get sponsors (outside of Cigarette and Alcohol Companies) to sponsor a certain number of CD's as free radio giveaways.
