Looking for Promotable Candidates

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on April 06, 2006 We are looking for a promotable individual that will handle all generalist duties and partner with the Operation GM VP leader. Candidate must have a high level of business acumen and would be responsible for all domestic operations, which includes 3 very large plants and 8 service centers. We are also looking for a competent candidate who can handle HR functions for manufacturing facilities across the United States. This candidate should be able to act as business partner, strategic solution provider, advisor and counselor for the leadership team. One of the many duties includes implementing and supporting programs for employee advocacy, ethics, and Philosophy and Values. These 2 Divisional HR Manager positions are AVAILABLE!
