Posted By: How May I Help You NC on June 18, 2019 Your responsibilities will include: Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and teams of software engineers, UX/UI designers, product marketing, stakeholders, and (most importantly) our users to design and deliver new features, improvements, and new products to our user base. User empathy: Seek a deep understanding of our user personas and needs, merging this context with what brings business value. Sprint Planning: Facilitate sprint planning sessions as a product owner and convey a high-level roadmap for the product. For each sprint, work with the Scrum Master to prioritize tickets with respect to the product’s goals and objectives. Risk Management: Communicate, analyze, and respond to project risks as they occur. Story writing: Break down user requests into requirements/user stories to deliver sprint MVPs while also considering the larger vision of the product. Process Improvements: Working with our agile team to continuously improve the way things are done to fit the product and teams optimal way of working. Backlog refinement and prioritization: Organize and rank stories based on value and collaborate with dev team to refine the work, so that they know what needs to be done. Design reviews: Help maintain a process so that design changes and alterations to the vision can be efficiently evaluated. Internal team communications: Help to reduce friction between different members of your team that are preventing the product from being developed. User research: although there are teams that are experts in this, you will need to understand your customers on a deeper level and be able to ask the right questions from your users to understand their behaviors, motivations, and pain points. Process Communication: Indirectly teach people associated to the product the processes being used. Facilitate transparent communication among team members and stakeholders. Present: Work with the Product Owner to create and maintain business cases, presentations, and product budgets. Click this link to view and apply for this job!
