Being New

Well I am very sorry that you have been there at Hampton for a year and only know a handful of people:-( I feel that the best way for you to meet more people is to become involved in organizations and to volunteer around your campus with the SGA ( SURE FIRE WAY TO MEET PEOPLE )!! When I first got to FAMU I only knew a handful of people, and thats because they went to my high school, but I started participating in on campus activities and I also joined a modeling troupe and now I know so many people. I have a question for you, did you stay on campus your first year? That is one of the easiest ways to meet people, I stayed in the dorm and I got to know all the girls on my floor and then some!! Good luck on meeting new people, try out my ideas and tell me how it goes!
