Posted By: How May I Help You NC on July 19, 2019 UltraViolet is wrapping up a multi-month strategic planning process that is shifting the direction of the organization from a singular focus on large-scale digital organizing to a more specific focus on culture change work and talking to politically unengaged women, in conjunction with running robust digital campaigns on issues that impact the lives of women. The person in the Campaign Director role will be part of a team transitioning methodologies, testing new strategies, and honing a laser-sharp focus on making UltraViolet's vision for the world--a world beyond patriarchy--a reality. You should have a proven ability to run high-profile, rapid-response campaigns that engage hundreds of thousands of people and garner national media attention. If you have an instinct for spotting breakout campaigns, an eye for media-worthiness, and a sharp sense of strategy, this position is for you.
