Why A Person Should Embrace His Fate And Move On

Why A Person Should Embrace His Fate And Move On
Posted By: John William on August 23, 2019

Everyone in life has met calamities or suffered trauma; all of these had a massive effect on the life and behavior of a person. It hurts and makes a person feel lost in the darkness of grief and misery. But the most critical point here is what a person should do with that trauma. Should he choose to ponder endlessly about the past that cannot be changed now? Or should he choose to get back to an active and normal life?
To figure out why to move on is one of the most crucial passages in a person’s life. Everyone has its way to move, on their time. Most of the people take a lot more time, but they finally get successful in it. Once they do, they leave behind lessons, real-life experiences to inspire others to get motivated and heal their ailments.
If a person does not embrace his fate, he would be unable to move on, and will remain stick in the past, living a life of regret and sadness by sabotaging his own happiness. So it becomes imperative to move on, for his joy and contentment and also for his loved ones. Let’s dig deep into this concept that why should a person accept his destiny and progress in life.

1. To make the right decisions

Making choices and decisions is part of life. At every step of life, a person has to make choices and take decisions, whether small or large, according to the impact they can bring to life. To live a successful and prosperous life, a person has to master the art of decision making. When a person gets hurt or suffers a trauma, they become so depressed that they lose the ability to take even small decisions.
The most significant aspect regarding decision-making principles is that it should not be made keeping grief and sorrows of the past. A decision must be made with positivity and hope of good in the future. If a person embraces fate and moves on, the percentage of right decisions will rise to secure his future life happily and contented.

2. Taking care of health

Once a person accepts the destiny and decides to move on, he starts taking care of himself, which would benefit him in managing stress. To live in the past and pondering about the trauma can cause a person to have low mood. It leaves him feeling continually dismal and hopeless, making him fragile and weakened.
When a person intends to begin a new journey, he needs to pay attention to his mental as well as physical condition. Taking care of health bring a positive approach and makes a person more resilient and more capable of handling life’s stress. Such a person should take time out to maintain self-care to avoid feeling tragic and dismal.
3.

To pay attention to responsibilities

Everyone is entirely responsible for his own life. This is the central principle a person must embrace if he plans for prosperity and success in life and work. For some people, everything is someone’s fault; they blame circumstances or tragedies in their life for their losses. Every failure has a scapegoat, which a person uses to avoid taking responsibility.
A person accepting the destiny can move on paying attention to responsibilities heading for a brighter future. Such a person experiences joy and control over circumstances. Once they decide to move on, they acknowledge that their life is their responsibility, and no other thing can affect their lives. They become in charge of their life, no matter how severe and painful circumstances are.

4. To live in the present moment

People usually underestimate the present; everything they do in the present moment will become their inheritance. Living in the moment provides the opportunity to create a whole new world that will become a legacy. To live in the present moment is so significant because there is point grieving and regretting about the past incidents and traumas.
A person cannot relish in the present moment if he is unable to move out of the dark cave of his past. It will drain this energy and will bar him from living in the current time wholeheartedly. Time is transitory and thinking intensely about troubling past may cause the present moment to slip out of hands. Hence a person should move on to appreciate the grace and pleasure of the present moment.

5. Remember nothing lasts forever

All the pains, sacrifices, and traumas in life are temporary. Always remember, nothing lasts forever. A person must have the power of willingness to overcome his miseries and must embrace his fate to move on. Those incidents are impermanent, they may last for a short or long time, but ultimately they will ease off, and anything better may come up to replace them.
A person should not get confused in embracing the pain and living in pain. There is a huge difference in both; living in pain will make life miserable leading in the destruction of the future. On the other side, once a person embraces the pain, he moves on and accepts the destiny to live a happy and beautiful life.
