Criteria to Participate: • Identity as a person of Color and first-generation college student • Be eligible for and/or received Federal Pell Grant • Be a graduating senior who has filed for graduation or have • earned your bachelor's in the last year • Started your college education at a 4-year institution Participation includes: • 2 recorded interviews (in person or via Zoom) 1st: 60-90 min 2nd: 15 min follow up • Review and edit transcript of your interview To indicate interest: • Complete eligibility review at bit.ly/FGLISuccessStudy Compensation Not Provided * COMIRB Protocol #19-0511 Questions?
