Posted By: Juan Davis on September 09, 2019 DARPA, European Human Brain Project, and Pentagon advisor Dr. James Giordano describes neuronanorobotic Brain to computer interface mind control weapons for remote monitoring and manipulation of brains neural circuitry. "This allows an individual's consciousness to be cloned onto their very own digital avatar in a Sentient World Simulation on a supercomputer. A direct link between a targeted individual and their digital avatar exists so that everything done in the real world occurs in the computer simulation. By manipulating the digital avatar in the computer simulation a persons thoughts, beliefs, perceptions, and behavior are manipulated in the real world. This is remote mind control. 21st Century MK ULTRA. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is not a joke. This is reality." Yes the "new" technology is impressive, however it is not really new as represented in this U.S. Patent US3951134A, Apparatus and Method for Remotely Monitoring and Altering Brain Waves, from 1974. https://patents.google.com/patent/US395113... This technology has been tested and used on individuals in secret, with an official cover story of anyone who goes to the authorities to report experiencing these effects be profiled as mentally ill or suffering from schizophrenia. There is now, an ever growing class of individuals here in the U.S. and around the world - known as 'targeted individuals' - who are reporting experiencing the effects of this technology, as well as aspects of other formerly classified programs of psychological warfare developed by the intelligence community .
