Posted By: How May I Help You NC on January 17, 2020 In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining successful high level relationships with partners throughout the Columbus, OH and surrounding territories. If you are a self-starter with an entrepreneur mentality, this is the role for you! You will work with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing "outside sales" team at the ground level offering plenty of growth opportunities. To be successful, you need to be a positive team player with a flexible "can-do" attitude and a passion for building relationships. The primary focus for this role will be to sell a home warranty product through the realtor channel, established relationships with key real estate brokerages is a plus! You will interface with realtors requiring flexibility outside of the standard 8-5 hours. Expected travel can be over 70% up to 300 miles, with occasional trips to PA and FL. Additional preferred skills: Strong desire to achieve results while maintaining budget targets and ROI expectations Strong interpersonal skills Demonstrated public speaking and presentation skills Ability and preference for working independently Past experience in training individuals and teams Strong knowledge of competitor analysis, new products, and market conditions Ability to interface with marketing department to build brand This team is guaranteed to grow quickly, apply now! Job Overview Employees in this position are responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities within a specific territory as well as managing existing business to business partner accounts. Employees in this role support Channel Partners throughout the sales process in all sales-oriented activities. Job Duties & Responsibilities Builds strong relationships with partners and sub-agents to maintain and expand our database of prospects and customers within your assigned territory including on-boarding of new partners, reporting and training. Researches accounts, additional locations and identifies additional opportunities for sites too far from network to help win current opportunities Works with Channel Lead to identify new partners and sub-agents, supporting all channel events Supports Channel Partners in selling company products, focusing on qualifying, quoting, and closing business. Teams with Channel Partners to build, review and forecast sales Performs other job-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Grad / GED Experience: 3+ years Valid Driver's License (NON CDL) Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Equivalent Experience Click this link to view and apply for this job!
