Nestlé Diversity Leadership Symposium

The 2020 Nestlé Diversity Leadership Symposium (DLS) is a 3-day, intensive development program for undergraduate students of diverse backgrounds. Location: Nestlé USA Headquarters | Arlington, Virginia Date: August 17 - 19, 2020 Participants can expect to:

• Gain valuable exposure to life and careers at Nestlé and discover how a diverse and inclusive environment fuels career growth;
• Network with business leaders and develop relationships with peers from universities across the nation while participating in hands-on culinary experiences;
• Interview for 2021 internship or leadership program opportunities, with a chance to return to school with a job offer in hand.

Nestlé will cover all applicable travel and hotel accommodations for accepted students.

Application Criteria:

• Junior or senior undergraduate student slated to graduate between December 2020 and June 2022;
• Resumé should demonstrate leadership and campus involvement with an interest in one of the Nestlé campus functional programs: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Factory Management;
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred;
• Must not require employment sponsorship now or in the future (e.g. H-1B visa status).
