In an interview with multi award winning entertainment journalist and red carpet correspondent Tanisha LaVerne Grant who talks about her own anticipation of seeing Tracee in a glamorous role similar to Tracee's legendary pop star mother Diana Ross who wowed audiences as Tracey Chambers in the 1975 classic "Mahogany." Tracee Ellis Ross was sure to point out to Grant that "THE HIGH NOTE" was not an ode to Mahogany. Watch the interview above.
