CHAIN OF COMMAND: NEW LEVEL, NEW DEVIL

Posted By: Ann Mack on June 10, 2020 June 2, 2020 Finalized June 7, 2020 On a weekly basis, lately on Wednesday and Friday, I am extremely BLESSED to receive medical attention from a highly ANOINTED doctor. Displayed on the wall of one of her treatment rooms is a sign which reads, "There is no PROCESS which does not REQUIRE time." This is very TRUE; and, we must also be committed to taking an active role in doing our part in allowing the process to work effectively in acceptance of change. For instance, you cannot simply reach an expected improved outcome without acknowledging what changes are needed and then be committed to the implementation of those changes throughout the process in an associated amount of time for that time to be meaningful! With each planned attempt to advance to the next plateau or stage in my chosen career of interest, I have encountered many challenges or road blocks called people. People with no real objective (motives) or justifiable FAIR reasoning for their actions of transgression to block me other than the position and power they occupy to impact an environment or the lives of those around them. Just because they can! People who have been allowed the use of abusive power fueled by their own psychological viewpoint or nature, temperament and intellect for doing a particular thing and passing it off as being right. In my current place of work, I have witnessed a great deal of unchecked behavioral patterns of bullying (aggression) as a form of acceptable managerial leadership in an environment where many are also bullied into bullying others to prove that they are worthy candidates for advancement, being out front and fitting in to comply with the existing culture. Not everyone is selected or chosen based on their skill level; but, their willingness to fall in line and follow orders whether right or wrong. Their ability to be pushed (up, down or around) and groomed to fit a certain role regardless of the position they choose for themselves or, in many cases, chosen for them. This is the ultimate example of a chain of command driven culture of leadership style with a Drill Sargent flair! For instance, I was told: "our [the organization's] need for adminstrative support is far greater than your need to succeed in your career" and steps [called reassignment and (re-)classification of my position] were put in place by the leadership to ensure that! Now, of course if I don't like it, I am always free to leave and find another job versus them being committed to doing the right thing with the same amount of fairness as extended to others put in line for training, promotion and advancement! And, my continued presence or unwillingness to leave doesn't mean I like it! It simply reflects my desire to be a good soldier! If you consider a pyramid business model which is unlike a TRUE PYRAMID, it resembles the practice of a chain of command hierarchy [military culture] which represent a level or levels of authority from the top down [descension] or the bottom up [ascension]. People at the top, normally, delegate or bully down with or without integrity; and, you may never actually see or be able to acknowledge the real puppet master(s)! Nonetheless, in such an environment, you are expected to do what you are told and to know your place at ALL times to avoid a citation or label of being insubordinate, difficult, incompetent and possibly more on the basis of control to support the argument or justification for the ruling of leadership. Some of us, simply want more power and control than we deserve to feel important! And there is nothing wrong with feeling important, but character and how you develop it is the central key! With mixed emotions, in review of the recent state of affairs affecting our NATION across the world, I am reminded of the nature and impact of a storm before the calm in which CHANGE takes place. Throughout history, there has been a pattern or evidence of inner conflict exploding from the inside out in the form of corrosive energy like pollution being dumped in the atmosphere upon ALL of us! When greeted with such energy, you can choose to adapt to it or exercise a greater sense of character for setting a higher standard. Those who are in a position of power to lead and guide our countries with integrity has NOT stepped up to the plate in DIVINE form and fashion with the LOVE of God and WISDOM in their hearts ❤️ to work together in UNITY for righteousness - although many have claimed to be BELIEVERS. Believers of what? Good or evil; that is the true question! Actions tell all! War is being waged in large proportions with an increase in smaller and individual turf wars on the side! There is a great divide across our Nation (geographically across the globe as a whole), in churches, households, cultures and Congress! Our judicial system is flawed and is extremely broken! The theme of the day, and has always been, is to divide and conquer in anyway necessary without conscience and moral consideration of the pain and civil violation of others as we continue to avoid change in the name of losing our HUMANITY and selling our SOULS to the highest bidder! Change can be positive or it can be negative as dictated by the roles or position of LEADERSHIP with the power to enact change. Change can be welcomed or it can be despised and forced. For change to be EFFECTIVE, the existing culture which has dictated and set the stage for how things have progressed [or regressed in many cases] AND been allowed to thrive negatively, for so many years, must OBJECTIVELY be evaluated and considered in how it has impacted others. There are varied degrees of evil operating from one end of the spectrum to the other. My inner struggle to stay grounded is real! My fight to hold back my anger in review of all of the injustices is real! My pain from the impact of life's trials and tribulations is real? But, MY HOPE IN GOD based on my commitment to be a soldier in HIS ARMY is also real! HIS UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for us ALL is TRUE and it is as real as it gets with no comparison to anything else! Because of HIS FAITHFULNESS, I am able to push through as my WITNESSING increases and my FAITH grows in holding on! I'm praying for the wear-with-all to continue to endure with GRACE! GOD SITS UP HIGH AND LOOKS DOWN LOW! God is nothing like any man or person on the face of this Earth; past or present! HE IS THE ULTIMATE AND DIVINE COMMANDER AND CHIEF! HE has the last and final say about EVERYTHING! From HIS throne JUDGEMENT is coming and it will be made and directed upon us ALL: Jew, Gentile, believers, non-believers, Republicans, Democrats, Independents, the rich and the poor, man, woman and child! When HE (GOD and not man) has blessed us with FREE-WILL, the choice and inner ability to decide right from wrong, we can no longer hide behind association or a chain of command hierarchy in escaping HIS WRATH. Now, later or for generations to come and throughout eternity, you are sealing your fate based on your actions! GOD is the ROOT of our existence as our DIVINE CREATOR (all of mankind, the ENTIRE human race), YASHUA (Jesus) is the vine who made the ultimate sacrifice for our SALVATION and we (all of mankind, the ENTIRE human race) are the the branches. Just as we are connected to the CREATOR, we are connected to each other through the SPIRIT OF GOD regardless as to whether we believe it or not. Through that connection, GOD feels ALL of our pain and HE will avenge the innocent [and this world] in due time !!! ROMANS 8:28, New International Version (NIV) ~And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose. REFERENCE: A TRUE PYRAMID - 3 equal and identical points of measurement. No matter which side you turn it on, it is the same measurement in height and value! TRINITY - 3 equal parts of value. One in the same with 3 distinct functions as part of a whole. You simply can't acknowledge one [the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit] without acknowledging the other; although many do which is unacceptable!
