Nissan donates $55,000 to support STEM programs at Alcorn State University

Posted By: Reginald Culpepper on July 13, 2020 Nissan North America, Inc. is continuing its partnership with Alcorn State University by granting the University with funds to enhance its Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) programs. Nissan donated $55,000 to support STEM programs at Alcorn. President Felecia M. Nave appreciates the partnership that the University has cultivated with the company. “Alcorn is thankful for Nissan’s generosity because it shows their willingness to help our students reach new heights,” said Nave. “Because I have a background in STEM, it is an honor to receive funds to enhance resources and the quality of learning for our students in those fields.
