All the other school like talladega, Johnson c smith & NCCU sent me stuff about housing, orientation etc. I gotta tell the other schools to foget it, you wont see me. But Jackson only sent an exceptance letter and schedule. I need to go ahead and register for housing so I can be settled cause band camp starts a few weeks before class... I know I know...that's all they sent me too. I'm like...hello, can I get some info here...Ugh its soo irritatin'. I heard that they have some type for Freshman Orientation over the summer, but of course they haven't sent me anything. Sent off my housing deposit and no confirmation was ever sent to me. I hear more from the Honors College than the University itself. I hope this is not a look into what's to come...I wanna have everything settled BEFORE August gets here...gosh...I haven't even heard anything from the financial aid office.

So its not just me... Well I will just have to call every now and then and just hope that I can get things squared away. I dont think any of us need any more issues to face...We already got enuff to deal with...

Nope its not just you...I called FinAid and Housing today. I was told that Financial Aid Award letter would not be sent out til the end of MAY...wtf I really really really need mine before then. All the other schools have already sent me that information. Housing said that we wouldn't get anything til around June or July...again wtf. I sent my money back in March and didn't even get a confirmation sent back to me. If I get my financial aid stuff in May or June and they're not giving me what I'm expecting, I'm gon be HIGHLY upset, since you only have so many days to accept your award and turned the other schools award/scholarships down. Ugghhh, these folks.
