i dont know cuz i stay in nj but u will definitively be able to find several people on campus who could do your hair for you equal or probably even better than what the salon can do, and they probably won't charge you a lot for it.

I was thinking the same thing. I have long hair, so keeping up with it takes a long time and a lot of money (I do have a relaxer). I hope I don't get caught around campus lookin a mess!

I have a friend who's a senior at Howard and the first thing she told me concerning hair was to AVOID GEORGIA AVE! She said the reason her hair is as short as it is now is because she tried the salons close to campus! I don't know about everyone else, but the services in D.C. are at least $20-50 more than what I pay to get my hair done here in Atlanta! I guess you have to handle your business when it comes to the price of beauty. . .

WELL YOU MIGHT FIND SOMEBODY IN YOUR DORM OR EVEN ON YOUR FLOOR. I KNOW IN THE QUAD WHEN I WAS THERE THEY USUALLY HAD FLYERS FOR GIRLZ DAT DO HAIR IN DA DORMS. AND THERE IS A DOMINICAN SALON IN ADAMS MORGAN. YOU TAKE THE MERRIDAN SHUTTLE GET OFF AT MERRIDAN AND WALK UP TO THE MAIN PART. AND ITZ RIGHT NEXT 2 A STARBUKS
