Virtual Stock Pitch Workshop: Wednesday, November 4th from 2 to 5 pm EST
T. Rowe Price is committed to encouraging diverse talent to consider careers in investing. To that end, we invite current undergraduate students to participate in a workshop where they will have the opportunity to learn from, and network with, our investment professionals. As a participant, you will join other students from HBCUs from around the country to learn what you need to know to develop an effective stock pitch and stand out in the interview process. Our investment professionals will guide you through how to select an idea and take it from the initial idea stage through to the final pitch. The workshop will cover:
• Industry and Company Overview
• Finding an Idea
• Conducting Primary Research
• Developing a Strong Investment Thesis
• Delivering an Effective Pitch Presentation
• Networking with Investment Professionals
Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a 4-year program are eligible to apply. The program may be most valuable for students who are considering a career in asset management.
How to Apply
There is no cost to apply for the workshop, and there is no expectation or requirement for participants to utilize any T. Rowe Price services. If you are interested in applying to the program, email your resume, along with a brief description of why you would like to participate (no more than 200 words), to StockPitchWorkshop@troweprice.com. The deadline to apply is Friday, October 23rd.
