NFL Hosting Madden Tournament for HBCU Students!

Posted By: Will Moss on November 04, 2020 The NFL has announced the inaugural Madden NFL 21 x HBCU Tournament, an esports competition designed to connect communities and students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The tournament will be presented by the NFL, which has partnered with the Southwestern Athletic Conference, Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference, and Central Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. Esports network Nerd Street Gamers will produce the event and handle operations. Students in participating conference schools can register to play in a single elimination qualifier tournament, which begins in mid-November. The best four players from each conference will advance to the live NFL Madden x HBCU Showcase during Super Bowl week.
