HIRING? How to Use The Resume Database Search & Candidate Alert Features on HBCUConnect.com
Posted By: Will Moss on November 17, 2020

Organizations that are looking to hire African American professional and collegiate talent can access the Resume Database on HBCUConnect.com.

Our database has members with all types of degrees, skillsets, and experience levels.

View the Demo Here: https://hbcuconnect.zoom.us/rec/share/DK8w...

Have a look at the video which gives a quick demonstration on how to search our resume database and also, the ability to set up candidate alerts which will free you up from doing manual searches on our website and instead send the candidates that you are looking for to your inbox via email every week.

Note: You will need to have an active recruitment services contract with us to be able to use this feature.

Once you have reviewed the video demonstration, take the following steps to get to the Resume Database on our website:
  1. Go to https://hbcuconnect.com
  2. Click on “Employers” from the menu
  3. Log in with your login credentials using the form in the middle of the page (do not use form in upper right of page)
  4. Once logged in, click “Advanced Search” below the short keyword search form to do an advanced search on resumes.

Of course if you have questions, feel free to email our Resume Search guru, Reggie, at culpepper@hbcuconnect.com.

Happy Sourcing!
