Wendy John, Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Fidelity Investments, spoke with Caroline Clarke, Host of the On the Clock podcast, to discuss her career, Fidelity’s diversity and inclusion journey and how their affinity groups have helped employees during the pandemic.
