Posted By: Kennedy Williams on January 11, 2021 The Department of Health Administration in the College of Health Professions is seeking a colleague to lead and collaborate in research and scholarship, participate in service to the department and the university, and contribute to leadership in the profession. The Department invites applications to fill a full-time (9 month or 12 months), tenure track position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor in the area of health services research, financial management, health analytics, organization, and management theory, organizational behavior, health economics, political science, or a closely related field. Dependent upon on qualifications and department need at the time of hire, this position is eligible to be a 9-month or a 12-month faculty position. The successful applicant will join a highly regarded and nationally ranked department. VCU has a student body of over 30,000 undergraduate, graduate and first-professional students, including 45 percent of students of color and 1,170 international students from 101 countries. The VCU Medical Center is a comprehensive academic medical center with the College of Health Professions, Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Massey Cancer Center, and the VCU Health System.
