CNFA is an international agricultural development organization that specializes in the design and implementation of sustainable, enterprise-based agricultural initiatives. They work with businesses, foundations, governments, and communities to build customized local and global partnerships that meet the world’s growing demand for food. Since their inception in 1985, they have designed and implemented enterprise-based, agricultural development initiatives to facilitate market access, enhance agribusiness competitiveness, increase productivity, and improve access to inputs and financing in 47 countries around the world. The Human Resources Officer will provide administrative and project management support for all general human resources functions with a primary focus in the areas of (1) diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); (2) recruitment and retention; (3) performance management; and (4) training and development. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor and primary resource across the organization in the areas of DEI and will also lead the DEI committee. Other responsibilities include: •Partner with senior management to redefine and implement an organization-wide philosophy statement, strategy, and commitment to DEI; •Partner with senior management to redefine our future vision for DEI and draft the DEI work plan component of our strategic plan; •Play a leadership role in related activities of the DEI committee; •Monitor progress of our DEI goals and prepare periodic reports; •Participate in recruiting events such as career fairs, business development events, recruitment management meetings, etc., to promote and identify a diverse talent pool; To find more details about the job and how to APPLY, click here!> If you enjoyed this article, Join HBCU CONNECT today for similar content and opportunities via email! |
