Covey Security Guards at Forefront of COVID-19 Pandemic

Covey Security Guards at Forefront of COVID-19 Pandemic
Posted By: on January 28, 2021

Covey Security appreciates the determination of its security personnel who have played a significant role in protecting sensitive facilities such as healthcare facilities, warehouses and grocery stores. Their efforts are notable during this pandemic of COVID-19 by ensuring the safety of critical goods and services to the public.

Tucker Quayle, founder of Covey Security, asserts that their services are of significance to the entire community in the current days, as they play a collective role to fight against the spread of COVID-19. Quayle further confirms that Covey Security is ensuring the effectiveness of its services by ensuring their staff is fulfilling duties as expected.

“Our services are essential for the community even in the best of times, and currently security is absolutely critical to the collective works to fight the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic,” Quayle said. “We secure places that local communities cannot afford to lose. You can rest assured that all of our staff are taking their responsibilities extremely seriously, and we are constantly working with our clients to improve the effectiveness of our security solutions.”

Almost all areas are under stay-at-home orders, which might prompt some individuals to go to unguarded businesses with an evil intention. During this time, Covey Security is dedicated to performing reviews frequently in order to establish vulnerable areas and set up a strategy to mitigate a situation in case it occurs. The company has competent experts who take risk assessments and analyze results to determine the safety and security of their clients.

In such a case, they may propose an advancement in the existing security procedures to enhance them appropriately.

Among other services at Covey Security are lock-up security services, parking enforcement, facility inspection and any additional safety or security services clients find essential. Some of the security officers are armed if required and can effectively use tasers, pepper spray, batons restraints and firearms on site. It is always crucial for clients to consult with their security officers to find out what best suits their needs.

Covey deliver security services to their clients based on four principles which are: being proactive, respectful, safety-conscious, and maintaining the dignity of all parties. According to Quayle, the above four pillars are of much significance as they represent Covey Security’s core identity. Also, they are a significant contribution to any action the company and its staff undertake.

Covey Security perceives security and safety as a cost prevention center, whereby they provide highly trained personnel for a business to deter crime, assist in tough times, and stop incidents before they occur. While hiring staff, Covey Security follows a careful procedure to bring out the best of all. Officers are assigned duties depending on their strengths and effectiveness while on duty.

During the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, officers are receiving regular bonuses as appreciation for contributions they make and the risks they are taking.

“We value the contributions our security officers are making, especially during these uncertain times,” Quayle says. “We want to reward them accordingly.”
