Since then, STX has expanded its product offerings to women's lacrosse, field hockey, and ice hockey, fostering the opportunity to create and develop quality gear for athletes across the world. STX is currently searching for one unique individual to lead its Operations Department. To be successful in this position, you must be able to seamlessly transition from strategic planning to tactical execution on a daily basis. This is a true entrepreneurial organization where your success will affect the entire business. The role of Operations Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the operations of the organization with the purpose of satisfying customer requirements as efficiently as possible. This includes vendor management, demand planning, production scheduling, movement and storage of raw materials, work in process, and finished goods from international points of origin to point of consumption.
