An Impeachable Defense?

What is most disturbing, there are still more than half of Americans that would still acquit the former President Donald Trump : ( For the sake of argument: based on the context and the content of the former President Trump's speech, before sending His Crowd to the Capital, was and is protected by the First Amendment Laws covering "Freedom of Speech". In turn, those Trump followers' defense is that they were only following the orders of their President, and In some of their defense, how did They not know if President Trump wasn't down there with Them? But, this doesn't and should not excuse their civil and criminal acts of trespassing, vandalism, assault and battery, murder, etc…, to which I feel that their First Amendment rights would not apply. Amendment rights not even to protect the President from his culpability to the consequences of His speech to the Crowd, before He sent Them to the Capital. Now, if the defenses' argument is that they were acting under the orders of their President, and that they should be under those protections of the laws. Just imagine, President Trump's former lawyers turning around and now will be representing the insurrection defendants in a class action civil lawsuit against Trump suing Him for their legal expenses. For me, the most damaging evidence, for more than 2 hrs. afterwards, former President Donald J. Trump, He reveled in the assault and the insurrection on The Capital, before He made any effort to direct help for the security/workers. The defense lawyers' presentation mainly demonstrated that their client, the former President Donald Trump, is not guilty of murder, but is guilty of accessory to the insurrection and manslaughter; and that it is out of revenge the Democrats want to convict former President Trump, so that he would be ineligible to ever hold Public Office again. So, with all of the indisputable timeline, audio and video, documented text evidence presented, I have no doubt Former President Donald J. Trump is … Guilty as Charged!
