NOT GUILTY …!!!

Posted By: Ivan Butcher II on February 13, 2021 Well, one thing is for sure, there are still approximately 74 million Americans, that still support former President Donald Trump's speech intending to instigate an insurrection : ( Former President Trump's speech, the context and the content now protected under First Amendment Laws covering "Freedom of Speech" does this In turn, allow those Trump followers' to use the defense, that they were only following the orders of their President, and how did They not know President Trump wasn't down there with Them? But, still this doesn't and should not excuse their civil and criminal acts of trespassing, vandalism, assault and battery, murder, etc…, to which their First Amendment rights would not apply. Amendment rights that would not even protect the President from his culpability to the consequences of His speech to the Crowd, He sent to the Capital. Now, if the defendants' argument is that they were acting under the orders of their President, and that they should be under those protections of those laws. Imagine the irony, President Trump's former lawyers turning around, and now representing the insurrection defendants in a class action civil lawsuit against Trump, suing Him for their legal expenses. To me, the most damaging evidence, for more than 2 hrs. afterwards, the former President Donald J. Trump, He reveled in the assault and the insurrection on The Capital, before He made any effort to direct help for the staff, security and workers. The Trump's defense lawyers' presentation demonstrated that their client, the former President Donald Trump, is not guilty of murder, but that He is guilty of accessory to the crimes of insurrection and manslaughter. So, with all of the indisputable timeline, audio and video, documented text evidence presented, I find it so hard to understand Former President Donald J. Trump was found … Not Guilty as Charged!
