Red Ventures Hires Amazon Veteran Thaddeus Jones as Chief Talent Officer

Red Ventures, a leading portfolio of influential brands, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships that work together to connect millions of people with expert advice, today announced that Thaddeus Jones will join the company as Chief Talent Officer. In his role, Jones will lead Talent Acquisition and Development and will report directly into Ric Elias, company co-founder and CEO. Red Ventures currently employs more than 3,500 teammates spanning 5 continents and has a growing portfolio of brands with high-caliber teams.

Jones brings over 15 years of HR leadership to RV, most recently served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Prior to Amazon, he also served as Lowe’s Director Talent Acquisition, Inclusion and Diversity and at Target in Executive Recruiting and Talent Acquisition.
