They are currently looking to hire a Sr. Compensation Analyst with CCP certification. The CCP certification is preferred but not mandatory. So as a Sr. Compensation Analyst at GE Appliances, what would you be doing? For starters, you would lead company-wide compensation programs and processes for below-executive employees. This includes developing salary structures and ranges. Not only would you be leading salary planning administration but you would also assist with designing and managing variable compensation programs. You would lead projects or initiatives related to market competitiveness, pay structures, career/job framework, pay equity, and/or pay transparency. On top of monitoring the effectiveness of compensation programs, you would also partner with team leaders to design and execute on improvements/enhancements. Although the position is for their Louisville, KY location, there is an option to work remotely from your location. While there are advantages to our Louisville, KY headquarters, the work location may be flexible depending on the candidate. There are other responsibilities of a Sr. Compensation Analyst.
