North Carolina A&T Makes History and Signs With Sports Content Platform INFLCR

North Carolina A&T Makes History and Signs With Sports Content Platform INFLCR
Posted By: Kennedy Williams on May 28, 2021

INFLCR is excited to announce a groundbreaking five-year, department-wide partnership with North Carolina A&T State University! The Aggies become the first Historically Black College or University (HBCU) to include INFLCR Verified's brand-building and compliance platform, along with the personalized strategic assistance of INFLCR Plus.

North Carolina A&T's partnership will leverage INFLCR's content delivery platform, mobile app, education and compliance tools, and will include dedicated NIL assistance from the INFLCR team, culminating in the development of NC A&T's "Infinite Pride" NIL program. The comprehensive program is designed to provide student-athletes with the resources needed to build their brands and prepare for the NIL era.

North Carolina A&T first partnered with INFLCR in 2019, and in extending that partnership is now expanding it to include full-scale use of INFLCR's technology and team to provide industry-leading resources for Aggies student-athletes.

"We are committed to find ways to grow the brand of our university, department and student-athletes," said Earl Hilton, NC A&T Director of Athletics.

"Our expanded partnership with INFLCR will help us to reach that goal. The student-athlete experience is at the forefront of everything we do.

With these new opportunities we continue to ensure our student athletes are well equipped for success at NC A&T and beyond."

North Carolina A&T joins a growing body of colleges and universities leveraging digital technology to provide impactful solutions that help student-athletes build their personal brands as legislation across the country moves towards allowing student-athletes full commercial use of their name, image and likeness.

"It's great to see North Carolina A&T go all in with INFLCR," said INFLCR CEO Jim Cavale.

"The work we've already done together to build student-athlete brands over the past few years is setting the stage for North Carolina A&T to leverage INFLCR Plus to further educate student-athletes and coaches on everything that they can do to not only build student-athlete brands, but grow their value in the NIL era. Coupled with INFLCR Verified and the ability for each student-athlete to leverage these tools to manage their NIL opportunities, NC A&T is one of the most innovative institutions in their conference. We couldn't be more excited about what the future holds with this partnership."

How It Works

INFLCR's NIL team assists college athletic departments in the implementation of content, compliance, and recruiting strategies to support athletics programs navigating new challenges and dynamics coming from eventual student-athlete Name, Image, and Likeness commercial activities. INFLCR's Plus offerings equip athletics staff with the software, assets, and guidance to maximize their messaging to potential recruits while providing unique insights for current student-athletes looking to build their brands and benefit from future NIL opportunities.

As more and more athletic departments launch custom NIL programs at their institutions, INFLCR's NIL team works to make each program unique while providing technology, resources, and support aimed at providing best-case scenarios for student-athletes who will soon look to participate in monetization activities or better market themselves for career opportunities from their NIL.
