HBCU CONNECT Diversity Recruitment/Hiring Event with Sage a Huge SUCCESS!

Last week, we partnered with Sage to host a special diversity recruitment/hiring event for Black and Latinx professionals. And even though it was our first event with Sage, it could not have gone any better! Roughly 90 students and professionals signed on to learn more about the company. Sage— the market leader for integrated accounting, payroll, and payment systems, supporting the ambition of the world’s entrepreneurs, was looking to be connected with Black and Latinx students and professionals who specialize in Sales & Marketing or Technology & Engineering and that is just what they got. Attendees of the virtual event were top talent from HBCUs all over the country. During the hour and a half long event, attendees were introduced to Sage as an organization, learned more about what they do and the types of roles they typically hire talent for. Most open positions were in Atlanta and San Jose. Sage also committed to reach out to all candidates that wanted to have an interview after the event. Overall, we are so pleased with how the event turned out, and we can't wait to see how many attendees end up getting hired because of this event.
