As part of UDC CAUSES Virtual Culinary Arts Summer Camp, DC area youth interested in cooking, culinary arts, and delicious food will learn culinary arts skills while creating unique dishes from several different cultural cuisines. Chef Herbert Holden of CAUSES’ Center for Diet, Nutrition, and Health will teach campers techniques needed to follow recipes, prep food, use kitchen equipment safely and hygienically, and cook their favorite dishes. Campers will also learn about health and food nutrition along the way!
