Pervis Payne, who has an intellectual disability, has lived on death row for 34 years for a triple homicide he did not commit. Though Mr. Payne had no prior criminal record and has been excluded from the crime by DNA testing, he still sits on death row under the threat of execution. Join us on Wednesday Sept 8, 2021 as we "Bear Witness On the Corner" to this injustice. We are inviting you, in whatever city you live, to join us on a corner as we stand with Pervis. Every Wednesday you will find us Bearing Witness On the Corner at Rep John Lewis Way N and James Robertson Parkway (Nashville Tenn.) from 4 P.M. - 5 P.M.
