September 9 – HBCU in LA Info Session & Resume Workshop October 7 – HBCU in LA Info Session & Recruiters Roundtable November 11 – HBCU in LA Info Session & Alumni Panel December 9 – HBCU in LA Info Session & Interview Tips The HBCU in LA Internship Program makes it possible for HBCU students to live and work in Los Angeles rent free, while receiving a paid internship working behind-the-scenes with major Hollywood studios, networks, talent agencies and other leading industry organizations. The program culminates with students collaborating to write, direct and produce a short film working with award winning industry professional mentors. If you would like to join our HBCU in LA community of next generation industry leaders, we invite you to apply! The HBCU in LA application will open September 10th and close December 20th! We are seeking students across all majors! This immersive internship experience includes our highly popular Speaker Series, allowing students to network and learn from industry power players and organizations. Students are placed into key internship roles across the industry working in Animation, Creative Development, Production/Post-Production, Digital Media, PR/Marketing, Music, Sports, Human Resources, Legal, Finance and Technology.
