Netflix — the world’s leading streaming entertainment service — has partnered with 2U, Inc., and a specially selected group of Historically Black College and Universities (HBCUs) and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) to offer additive, part-time programs that teach in-demand tech skills to help eligible participants stand out in today’s job market.

Gain proficiency in UX/UI design. This exclusive Netflix-backed, the enterprise-grade curriculum covers double diamond design thinking, design system fundamentals, wireframing, prototyping, usability/accessibility testing, and RWD principles fostering user-centered interactions.
Build your professional portfolio. Get practical exposure to problem-solving skills, techniques, and tools used in the field of UX and UI design.
Set yourself up for future success. Take your personal and professional development to the next level with 1:1 mentorship with seasoned Netflix professionals and a wide range of career services, such as behavioral interview training, resume reviews, and coaching.

The Netflix Pathways Boot Camps are offered through Netflix, powered by 2U, Inc., in partnership with the following universities: Talladega College, St. Edward’s University, Norfolk State University, Marymount University, and Edward Waters University.

A Unique, Stunning Learning Experience
Course Overview:

This part-time, 16-week curriculum developed in partnership with Netflix will broaden your knowledge of design thinking and human-centered design practices and teach you how to understand, explain, and apply your design process to real world business problems.

Classes are delivered exclusively online through our sophisticated learning platform, with live sessions conveniently held twice a week in the evenings.
You will receive extensive support, with access to tutors who are available for additional help outside of class.

The program provides a unique mentorship opportunity, allowing you to work 1:1 with seasoned employees on Netflix’s engineering, data, and UX/UI teams, gaining industry insights and key learnings about the field.
Netflix sponsorship allows accepted students to participate at no cost. Applicants must be either a currently enrolled student or alumnus, meet the eligibility requirements, and complete a multi-step application process for consideration.
