Posted By: Temeka Wilson on October 04, 2021 Thursday, September 30th, Intel and HBCU Connect partnered together to host the second of three technology development career series events. With a specific focus on Logic and Technology Development, attendees were able to get a clear idea of how those areas impact Intel and how, they too, could become a part of that impact. At the virtual event, HBCU Connect members and career candidates heard from leaders in the field, including: • Loice Chingozha – Etch Group Leader • Jack Hwang – Principal Engineer • Marcus Peprah – Process Engineer • Francis Tambwe – Thin Films Path Finding Engineer With over 150 attendees connected to hear the keynote and panel discussion, information was shared on why Intel’s company values were so important. Values such as, the capability to be fearless, inclusion of all employees, maintaining a customer obsessed attitude, allowing room to agree to disagree with unity as the backbone of conversations, giving space for truth and transparency, and providing a quality standard of work. Feedback from viewers were unanimous in thought as they were extremely interested in opportunities with Intel.
