Morehouse College Grad Nick Brown Becomes First Black U.S. Attorney in Washington State

Last week, Morehouse College alumnus Nick Brown was confirmed as the new U.S. attorney for Western Washington, making him the first Black person to serve in the role. According to the Seattle Times, after graduating from Morehouse, Brown went on to attend Harvard Law School and later served as a judge advocate general in the Army. Brown has years of experience as a federal prosecutor and served as an assistant U.S. attorney for six years where he handled criminal matters.
