Posted By: Temeka Wilson on October 14, 2021 Wednesday, October 13th, Johnson & Johnson and HBCU Connect partnered together to host a recruiting event. With a specific focus on Robotics and Digital Solutions, attendees were able to get a clear idea of how those areas are quickly impacting Johnson & Johnson and how, they too, could become a part of that impact. At the virtual event, HBCU Connect members and career candidates heard from the recruiting team and leaders in the field, including: • Jessica Fontanez – Director of Supply Chain Integration • Ryan Murphy – Director of Software, OTTAVA Platform • Alan Yu – Director of System Hardware, Auris Health • Brian Fanus – Global Practice Principal Recruiter With 77 attendees connected to hear the panel discussion and free space to ask questions, information was shared on what Johnson & Johnson, specifically Robotics and Digital Solutions, does and how candidates could relay their experience to this venture. Johnson & Johnson’s Robotics & Digital Solutions has a surgery ecosystem that serves as a seamless, interconnected network to meet surgeons in their workflow and patients in their healthcare journey. This ecosystem includes next-generation robotics, best-in-class instrumentation, advanced imaging & visualization, AI/ML & data analytics, and digital solutions.
