Posted By: Temeka Wilson on October 27, 2021 On Tuesday, October 26th, ServiceNow and HBCU Connect hosted their second virtual recruitment event with the purpose of highlighting their internship opportunities. ServiceNow delivers digital workflows that create great experiences for the customer and unlock productivity from all parties. ServiceNow has been diligent in providing space for college students as they start thinking about their career path. Instead of using fulltime employees, ServiceNow chose to have former interns serve as panelists. Those speakers included: • Guy Deweever – MBA Sales Solution Intern • Blaise Davenport – Technical Support Intern With 113 in attendance, the panelists were able to share what they enjoyed most about their internship experience as well as how they were successful in obtaining the internship. Both were attendees at a previous ServiceNow x HBCU CONNECT recruitment event and see great value in participating in these events. They also believe in connecting with company team members on LinkedIn. Words of advice both Blaise and Guy were able to offer was that people shouldn’t worry about what they don’t know but rather always be willing to learn new things. Be confident in who you are and what you bring to the table. Both complimented ServiceNow’s company culture of openness and everyone willing to help and mentor. If you missed this awesome event, be on the lookout for our next partnership event with ServiceNow in early 2022 and check out the list below for actual available internship opportunities!
