It’s a place where people are encouraged to ask, “What If?” This is a place where great people come together to invent, make, build, sell, install and service “good things, for life.” Open Positions Include: Commodity Sourcing Senior Manager, Capital Equipment & Tooling Description: The Commodity Sourcing Senior Manager, Capital Equipment & Tooling, will effectively manage approximately $75+ Million of annual spending as part of the Indirect Sourcing team. They will drive the total cost, relationship, and strategy of Tooling and Capital Equipment suppliers and commodities, including managing and understanding the total risk associated with suppliers and their supply chain. They will be responsible for collaborating across multiple product lines and functions to support NPIs and ongoing operations. Senior Commodity Buyer, Facilities Description: The Sr Commodity Buyer, Facilities has total ownership across GE Appliance’s commercial real estate, utilities, and related categories. Responsibilities include managing internal/external relationships with key stakeholders, defining, and implementing category strategies across all GEA manufacturing, distribution, and support sites. This person will serve as the subject matter professional for the categories and drive the execution of go-to-market strategies, negotiations, vendor transitions, procurement process improvements and partnerships with suppliers, and overall value creation. The Facilities Commodity Buyer collaborates internally with the Facilities, Engineering, Legal, Distribution, Manufacturing, Materials, Sales, Finance, Accounts Payable and Sourcing Leaders.
