Posted By: Kennedy Williams on November 03, 2021 Enterprise is a nonprofit that improves communities and people’s lives by making well-designed homes affordable. The Knowledge, Impact, and Strategy (KIS) department at Enterprise conducts primary and secondary research and evaluation and provides technical assistance to inform community development strategies and measure the impact of Enterprise’s work across the country. KIS is hiring a Program Director to manage the team’s growing body of evaluation work. This person, reporting to and working closely with the Director of Impact Assessment and Evaluation, will significantly contribute to the expansion of the evaluation practice within Enterprise. This evaluation practice will help our internal and external partners better implement and use evaluation findings to demonstrate and increase impact, refine program design and allocate resources. The Program Director must have experience designing and managing mixed-methods evaluation projects, developing impact frameworks and logic models, conducting interviews and focus groups, and synthesizing information from multiple sources into actionable findings. These skills must have been applied to address real-world challenges in housing and community development or related fields. The Program Director must have strong project management and communication skills, be excited about learning and problem-solving, and have a passion for racial equity. The Program Director will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where individual contributions to projects are valued and team members are encouraged to develop and practice new skills.
