If so, Harpeth Hall is hiring an Upper School Theatre Teacher/Director and wants YOU to APPLY! Harpeth Hall is an independent college preparatory school for young women where each student realizes her highest intellectual ability in the sciences, the humanities, and the arts, and discovers her creative and athletic talents. Harpeth Hall develops responsible citizens who have global perspectives and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world. With a tradition of excellence and a commitment to life-long learning, Harpeth Hall educates young women to think critically, to lead confidently, and to live honorably. Harpeth Hall seeks an innovative, dynamic, creative, and collaborative educator as its next theatre teacher, beginning in the 2022-23 school year. The ideal candidate has experience teaching, directing, and acting as well as passion for a diverse range of theatre productions. The theatre teacher will support and promote a strong theatre program within the context of a robust academic and performing arts program. An ability to promote and implement best practices in theatre education for grades 8-12 and collaborate with all areas of the performing arts program are essential.
