Why You Should Attend: The Financial Alliance for Racial Equity is looking to connect with students from HBCUs who want to get a head start in landing an internship or job after graduation in the Financial Services industry. The goal of the event is to increase awareness of FARE’s mission to increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the financial services and the communities served. This will also be a forum to attract students into roles available at FARE member firms.
