The Eos Foundation cohosts The Women's Power Gap at Elite Universities: Scaling the Ivory Tower.

Women make up 52% of all college students, but only 22% are presidents of colleges or universities. Of those 22%, only 1.5% are Asian, Black, or Hispanic/Latinx women.
